Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time physician role in a value-based, patient-centered primary care setting
- Focus on comprehensive care for adults, particularly patients aged 65 and older

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
