Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time outpatient position for a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license
