The primary care centers are equipped with on-site labs, phlebotomy services, and advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Canopy and Greenway, ensuring seamless care delivery and coordination. As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), your schedule will consist of weekday hours, Monday through Friday, with a manageable patient volume to promote work-life balance while ensuring high-quality care. The compensation package for this full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role in Chicago, IL is highly competitive, including a base salary with incentive bonuses based on quality metrics.
