The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive, value-based healthcare to Medicare patient populations within a highly collaborative network of neighborhood primary care centers. Working in our primary care centers, the Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) will be part of a dynamic team, including scribes, medical assistants, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. With on-site laboratory services, access to specialist consultations via RubiconMD, and a supportive administrative infrastructure, physicians are empowered to focus on patient care. The work schedule for this position is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, with regular hours and manageable patient volumes. The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) will manage an average of 13-16 patients per day, ensuring each visit receives the attention it deserves, whether it is a standard appointment or a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- No residents; experienced physicians only
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is preferred but not required
