Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required.
- Active, unrestricted medical license to practice as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
