Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time outpatient position focused on adult and senior patient populations

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of adult and senior patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Utilize EMR (Allscripts) and integrated AI tools for efficient documentation and patient management
- See 12-15 patients per day, allowing for focused, individualized care
- Dedicate 32 hours per week to direct patient care and 8 hours to administrative duties
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Engage in professional development and continuing medical education (CME)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $250,000
- Potential for total compensation exceeding $300,000 by the second year

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
