This full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) position features a Monday through Friday work schedule, with no nights or weekends required. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role focused on value-based outpatient care for seniors
- Physician-led, mission-driven organization with a commitment to improving health outcomes
- Opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative clinical team in Margate, FL
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, primarily seniors with multiple chronic conditions
- Deliver patient-centered, value-based care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Manage an average of 18 patients per day with the support of dedicated care team members
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry) and holistic health service providers
- Utilize scheduled administrative time to ensure thorough documentation and care coordination
- Participate in partnership opportunities, with most physicians becoming partners within 12-18 months
- Maintain work-life balance through a predictable Monday through Friday schedule (clinic hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm, last patient at 4:15pm)
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
- Competitive base salary starting at $250,000+
