Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time, 100% outpatient primary care role
- Focus on senior patient population with multiple chronic conditions
- Team-based, physician-led practice model
- Opportunity for partnership track within 12-18 months
- Located in the thriving Tampa, FL community
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, averaging 18 patients per day
- Deliver value-based care with a focus on seniors and chronic disease management
- Participate in a Monday through Friday schedule, with clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Conduct clinical visits, preventative care, chronic disease management, and care coordination
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team, including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist
- Integrate care with in-house consulting specialists, including cardiology and podiatry
- Engage in holistic health approaches, including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition services
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed during scheduled administrative time
- Uphold the organization’s mission and values in every patient interaction
- Competitive base salary (starting at $250,000+)
- Incentive bonus structure, with the potential for annual bonuses
- Signing bonus of up to $50,000

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experienced or recently trained primary care physician (MD/DO) passionate about geriatric medicine and chronic disease management
