This contract-based position provides a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the community. The outpatient clinical setting is supported by a full staff, ensuring that the Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) can focus on direct patient care without administrative overload. The position requires an active state medical license, an active or transferable DEA license, and current BLS certification. Board certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) is mandatory, with a preference for those experienced in senior care and familiar with the nuances of outpatient geriatric medicine.
The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) will be responsible for managing a patient panel of approximately 12-18 seniors per day, delivering all standard primary care services. The clinical model is designed to prioritize continuity of care, proactive health maintenance, and early intervention to prevent complications.
