Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join an innovative and patient-focused healthcare network. This full-time opportunity offers a rewarding environment centered around value-based care, providing high-quality medical services to Medicare patient populations. As part of an established practice, you will collaborate with a strong care team and have access to a supportive infrastructure that empowers you to focus on optimal patient outcomes rather than volume. Our commitment to both preventive medicine and chronic disease management ensures you will have a meaningful clinical impact while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse group of patients, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and outcomes. Our model employs a multidisciplinary approach, utilizing team-based care that includes scribes, medical assistants, and social workers, allowing you to concentrate on clinical decision-making and patient engagement. The clinic is equipped with onsite laboratory services and advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Canopy and Greenway, to streamline your workflow and enhance patient care. In addition, access to RubiconMD provides you with seamless specialist consultations, ensuring timely and appropriate referrals for complex cases.
You will see a manageable daily patient volume, typically between 13 and 16 visits, allowing for more personalized and thorough care. Appointment slots are designed to give you enough time to address both acute and chronic healthcare needs, with 20-minute standard visits and 40-minute sessions for new or diagnostically complex patients. The clinic promotes a wellness-focused environment, offering patient transportation, community events, and wellness activities such as exercise classes and spa days to support holistic health for your patient panel. You will join a collaborative provider team that includes nurse practitioners and fellow physicians, fostering professional development and peer support.
The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) position comes with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and incentive bonuses aligned with quality metrics and patient outcomes. Additional benefits include a physician partnership track, six weeks of paid time off encompassing holidays and continuing medical education (CME), a CME stipend, comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a 401K plan with immediate vesting and company match, and medical malpractice insurance. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available for qualified candidates. Our organization is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, and provides a supportive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
