As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will see an average of 13–16 patients per day, with appointment times structured for thorough and meaningful visits. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide primary medical care to adults, focusing on preventive health and chronic disease management
- Conduct regular patient visits (13–16 per day) with ample time for thorough assessments (20 minutes per regular visit, 40 minutes for new and complex cases)
- Collaborate with care team members, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers, to deliver coordinated care
- Utilize onsite laboratory services and access to specialty consultations through digital platforms
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions
- Engage in community wellness activities and patient education sessions offered through the clinic
- Document care accurately and efficiently using EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway)
- Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted, and non-probationary state medical license
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is preferred but not required
- Residency training completed; no residents accepted for this position
