Physicians are supported by large care teams, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers, so you can focus your expertise on patient care rather than administrative tasks. The practice model emphasizes low hospital admissions, effective chronic disease management, and preventive health measures. Onsite laboratory services and access to specialist consultations via RubiconMD are available, ensuring timely and comprehensive care for every patient.
Our centers offer a range of patient engagement activities and amenities, including community rooms with wellness programs such as exercise classes, yoga, dance, and health-focused events. Transportation assistance is available for patients within a five-mile radius, helping to reduce barriers to care and improve patient access. Primary Care Physicians will experience a manageable daily patient volume, allowing time for thorough visits and building strong provider-patient relationships. The electronic medical record (EMR) systems in use include Canopy and Greenway, providing seamless documentation and workflow integration.
Physicians in this role are part of a supportive team, typically working alongside three to five other providers in each clinic.
