The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) is responsible for managing a panel of patients in an outpatient-only environment. You will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing follow-up care. Utilizing the eClinicalWorks electronic medical record (EMR) system, you will efficiently document patient encounters and coordinate care. Fluency in Creole is required, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population and address their unique healthcare needs.
