Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Provide direct patient care in a senior-centered, value-based primary care clinic.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Leverage a proprietary EMR tailored to provider workflow for efficient clinical documentation.
- Participate in a locums assignment with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options.
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and manage a panel of senior patients (18-21 patients daily).
- Develop individualized care plans in alignment with value-based care principles.
- Work closely with care coordination staff to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the organization’s proprietary EMR system.
- Support the clinic’s mission to deliver whole-person care and foster positive patient-provider relationships.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in clinical care.
- Competitive hourly compensation ($155/hr; $322,000 yearly equivalent).
- Travel and lodging provided for the duration of the assignment.

- Valid Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
