Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients, focusing on preventive, chronic, and acute care management.
- Participate in a value-based care model designed to optimize patient health outcomes.

- Manage a daily patient volume of 18-21 individuals, primarily seniors, ensuring high-quality care and continuity.

- Utilize a proprietary EMR system to document patient encounters efficiently and support streamlined clinical workflow.

- Comply with all relevant clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Competitive hourly rate of $155/hr with an annualized equivalent of $312,000 for full-time engagement.
