Physicians with backgrounds in Value-Based Care (VBC), HEDIS, or geriatrics are encouraged to apply, although these are not prerequisites for consideration.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Tampa, FL, you will enjoy the benefits of working within an integrated care team. This team includes Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), Medical Assistants, Social Workers, and in-house lab and pharmacy support, all working together to optimize patient health. Your patient panel will be manageable, typically 12–15 patients per day, giving you ample time to provide comprehensive, personalized care.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time primary care position focused on adults 65+ in Tampa, FL
- Patient-centered, value-based care model emphasizing relationships and outcomes

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs, PAs, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, and pharmacy/lab staff
- Coordinate care and referrals to specialists as needed

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in geriatrics and/or value-based care preferred
- HEDIS experience a plus, but not required
