Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Full-time, 100% outpatient position in St. Louis, MO
- Focus on primary care for seniors with multiple chronic conditions
- Physician-led, value-based care model
- Emphasis on relationship-driven practice and continuity of care
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, predominantly seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
- Manage a daily patient load of approximately 18, allowing for in-depth, quality interactions
- Work Monday through Friday, clinic hours 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.; no nights or weekends required
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve quality and cost outcomes
- Utilize administrative time built into the schedule for optimal work-life balance
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines as needed
- Promote holistic wellness, integrating services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition support
- Coordinate care and resources for patients, including door-to-door transportation services
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $260,000, with potential for additional bonus up to 10% of base
- Signing bonus available up to $50,000
- Pathway to partnership with no buy-in required

- Annual CME allowance of $3,500 plus one week for CME activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Commitment to serving moderate- to low-income seniors with complex health needs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary care team
