As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in coordinating care for seniors with multiple chronic conditions, supported by your own dedicated care team. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a senior patient population, averaging 18-22 patients per day
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with multiple chronic diseases
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry) for optimal patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Utilize holistic health services such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition to support patient wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Participate in administrative meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and patient-focused clinic culture
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $260,000 with additional incentive bonuses

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Residency completed in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to quality and patient-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active medical license in Florida
