Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of up to 450 senior patients with complex health conditions, including chronic disease management
- Manage a daily schedule of 18-22 patients, ensuring high-quality, individualized care
- Utilize a value-based care approach to improve health outcomes
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and additional holistic health services
- Lead and coordinate with a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Participate in administrative activities, with dedicated administrative time integrated into your schedule
- Promote holistic health and wellness, leveraging clinic resources such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- Maintain work/life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no night shifts, and no hospital call responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in senior care

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated passion for providing value-based care to senior populations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Florida
