Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Locum tenens, full-time position in a value-based senior care clinic
- Provide care to a Medicare Advantage patient panel with a focus on clinical quality and preventative medicine
- Supportive leadership and access to advanced EMR technology

- Three-month minimum assignment with potential for ongoing employment
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a panel of senior patients, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and high-impact interventions
- Conduct patient visits with an emphasis on quality over quantity, typically seeing 12-18 patients per day
- Utilize clinic resources and EMR systems to provide coordinated, value-based care
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and clinic leadership to optimize patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary ER visits and admissions
- Participate in clinic meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal medical regulations
- Competitive hourly rate equivalent to annual compensation over $320,000
- All travel and housing costs covered while on assignment

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Active or eligible Texas medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine preferred
- Experience with geriatric medicine or value-based care models highly desirable
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, quality-driven healthcare
- Experienced Internal Medicine physician with a passion for senior care
- Demonstrated success in value-based or preventative care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to obtain or maintain a Texas medical license as needed
- Assignment is a minimum of three months with the possibility of extension or permanent placement
