Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Contract position focused on outpatient primary care for senior patients
- Requires board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required

- Active and unrestricted medical license

- Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week assignment
