This full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and a strong work/life balance. The care model prioritizes quality over quantity, with a maximum panel of 450 patients and an average of 18 patients per day. Administrative time is built into your schedule, and you will have access to in-house consulting specialists as well as holistic health services for your patients. Partnership opportunities are available within 12-18 months, and over half of physicians achieve partner status within the first year. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to a panel of up to 450 patients, averaging 18 patient visits per day
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care with a focus on seniors managing 3-5 chronic diseases
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Utilize value-based care principles to improve patient outcomes and manage chronic conditions effectively
- Participate in a Monday through Friday clinical schedule; no nights or weekends required
- Incorporate administrative time into your daily schedule for documentation and care coordination
- Leverage in-house specialists (cardiology, podiatry, etc.) and holistic health services for comprehensive patient care
- Foster strong patient-provider relationships through frequent, high-quality interactions
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the practice’s mission of delivering world-class care
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $260,000, plus incentive bonuses
- Signing bonus up to $50,000
- Partnership opportunity typically within 12-18 months (no buy-in required)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM, FM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Commitment to providing quality, evidence-based care to seniors with complex health needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
