Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in a physician-led, mission-driven organization
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a senior patient population, focusing on those with multiple chronic conditions
- Emphasis on value-based care and patient-centered outcomes
- Clinic located in Clearwater, FL with a supportive and collaborative team environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel of up to 450 seniors, averaging 18 patients per day
- Deliver comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic diseases
- Collaborate with dedicated care and support team members, including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist
- Utilize in-house consulting specialists for cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines
- Incorporate holistic health services into patient care, such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in accordance with value-based care standards
- Participate in administrative activities and utilize included administrative time in your schedule
- Promote preventive care and patient education to improve health outcomes
- Ensure exceptional patient experience through personalized and attentive care
- Work Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30am to 5:00pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15pm), with no nights or weekends required
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $260,000, with incentive bonuses and a potential partner signing bonus up to $50,000
- Partnership opportunities typically available within 12–18 months, with no buy-in required (65% of physicians become partners after one year)

- Paid time off totaling 33 days per year
- Annual CME allowance of $3,500 with one week of CME leave

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Residency trained in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to senior patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams
