Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Full-time

Our clinic specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care, utilizing advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Allscripts, and integrated AI tools for efficient documentation and summaries. The clinical team is dedicated to supporting your practice, allowing you to focus on building meaningful, long-term patient relationships while advancing our mission to improve community health outcomes.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will benefit from a Monday to Friday schedule, working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a manageable patient load of 12-15 patients per day. This structure allows for 32 patient-facing hours and 8 administrative hours each week, ensuring you have the time and resources needed to provide high-quality, individualized care. The absence of on-call duties, nights, and weekends means you can achieve an ideal work-life balance while advancing your career in outpatient medicine.
The compensation package for this Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role is highly competitive, with a base salary starting at $250,000, a negotiable start bonus, and the potential for total compensation exceeding $300,000 by the second year. Additional incentives include a retention bonus, productivity bonus, and a partnership track that offers equity alongside base and productivity pay.
