Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for seniors, managing patients with multiple chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
- Maintain a panel of up to 650 patients with an average daily patient load of 10-12.
- Coordinate care with a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and clinic leadership.
- Participate in value-based initiatives, including ensuring HEDIS compliance, reducing hospital admissions, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Perform minor office procedures, such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care.
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative call schedule shared among providers in the market.

- Competitive base salary with total compensation potential exceeding $324,000, including performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) required.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).
- Fellowship training in geriatrics is a plus but not required.
- Current, unrestricted, and active medical license.
- Current DEA registration.
- Proficiency in minor office procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care.
