Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Full-time, outpatient clinic-based position
- Focus on comprehensive adult and family healthcare
- Collaborative team environment in Palmetto, FL
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses for patients of various ages
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, preventive screenings, and immunizations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines
- Document all patient encounters and clinical information accurately in the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Ensure continuity of care through effective communication and follow-up with patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and organizational standards
- Competitive base salary up to $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonus potential up to $100,000
- Full-time employment with outpatient office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Built-in administrative time for documentation and non-clinical duties
- Manageable patient volume (12–15 patients per day) to ensure quality care
- Immediate start date available
- Utilization of modern EMR system (eClinicalWorks)
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Florida
- Current DEA registration
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR); experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
- Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and integrity in patient care
- Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
