As a Primary Care Physician, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary care team, including medical assistants, scribes, and social workers, to manage patient panels with a strong emphasis on value-based medicine. Our practice is designed to minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to prioritize patient care. Onsite laboratories, access to specialty consults via RubiconMD, and advanced EMR systems such as Canopy and Greenway streamline your workflow for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Physicians benefit from a manageable patient volume of 13-16 patients per day, with appointments designed for optimal patient interaction—20 minutes for regular visits and 40 minutes for comprehensive or new patient assessments. Our centers are equipped to enhance patient engagement and holistic wellness, featuring community rooms for exercise, yoga, dance, and wellness activities. For improved accessibility, local patients may utilize provided transportation within a five-mile radius of the clinic.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) opportunity
- Located in Spartanburg, SC
- Focus on value-based care for Medicare populations
- Comprehensive care team support and onsite resources
- Provide primary care services to a diverse Medicare patient population
- Maintain a patient volume of 13-16 patients daily, ensuring quality over quantity
- Conduct 20-minute standard visits and 40-minute comprehensive or new patient assessments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
- Utilize EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway) for accurate documentation
- Leverage onsite lab services and access to specialist consults via RubiconMD
- Engage in preventive medicine and promote wellness initiatives through community room activities
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to drive quality outcomes and reduce hospital admissions
- Competitive base salary ($220,000–$250,000)

- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state medical license
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred, but not required
- No current residents accepted
