Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in our network, you will work alongside other experienced providers, including Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and Social Workers. The clinic is equipped with on-site labs and offers access to advanced specialty consults through platforms like RubiconMD. Physicians are empowered with the latest EMR systems, such as Canopy and Greenway, to streamline workflow and enhance patient care. The patient-centric environment features community rooms for wellness activities, patient transport services within a five-mile radius, and a robust support team to ensure you can focus on what matters most—delivering outstanding medical care.
The practice operates under a value-based care model, where incentives align with delivering measurable quality outcomes. Physicians typically see 13-16 patients per day, allowing for thorough 20-minute regular visits and extended 40-minute sessions for diagnostics and new patients. The average clinic hosts three to five providers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where knowledge sharing and teamwork are encouraged. Whether you are board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, you will find a dynamic environment that supports your ongoing development and clinical excellence.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Deliver value-based primary care to Medicare patient populations

- Graduate of an accredited Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) program
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- No residents
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred, but not required
