Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Promote preventative health measures and long-term wellness strategies
- Provide patient and family education focusing on prevention, early detection, and disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize health outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance-based programs
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with annual earning potential exceeding $350,000 based on experience and performance

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current and unrestricted medical license in Arizona or ability to obtain
- Valid DEA license
- Commitment to providing value-based, patient-centered primary care
