Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time outpatient role providing primary care to adults in Tucson, AZ
- Strong focus on value-based, patient-centered healthcare delivery
- Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Manage established patient panels with consistent clinical support
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Promote preventative health measures and long-term wellness strategies
- Provide patient and family education focusing on prevention, early detection, and disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize health outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance-based programs
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Competitive base salary with annual earning potential exceeding $350,000 based on experience and performance
