Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Role: Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in an outpatient setting
- Location: Plantation, FL
- Patient-focused, value-based care delivery

- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct regular follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR system for accurate documentation and efficient workflow
- Promote preventive health measures and patient education
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Outpatient only – no weekends or hospital call

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with outpatient primary care preferred
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
