As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will manage a panel of up to 450 patients, focusing on seniors who typically have three to five chronic conditions. You will work in a 100% outpatient setting, supported by a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, allowing you to prioritize clinical care over administrative tasks. Our clinics also offer access to in-house consulting specialists in fields such as cardiology and podiatry, as well as holistic health services including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutritional support—delivering a truly integrated healthcare experience.

With a Monday to Friday schedule (clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.), no nights or weekends, and built-in administrative time, you can focus on providing quality care without sacrificing personal well-being. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time, outpatient-based primary care physician role
- Focus on delivering comprehensive care to a senior population

- Provide high-quality, value-based primary care in a 100% outpatient setting
- Conduct patient visits (18–20 per day) during regular clinic hours
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Utilize in-house consulting specialists and holistic health services to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Residency training in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice
