As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Beaumont, TX, you will work with an interdisciplinary care team to address the unique needs of older adults, many of whom are Medicare Advantage patients with a focus on chronic disease management and preventive care. You will experience manageable patient census numbers, extended visit lengths, and robust support so you can focus on delivering thorough, compassionate care. Whether you have prior experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) or are eager to adopt this forward-thinking model, you will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to ensure your success in this role.
