Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time locum tenens assignment with a minimum three-month duration and potential for permanent placement
- Clinical care focused on a 100% senior, Medicare Advantage patient panel
- Value-based care model emphasizing improved patient outcomes and reduced hospital utilization
- All travel, housing, and malpractice coverage provided
- Located in Corpus Christi, TX, with a supportive clinical environment and leadership team
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a panel of senior patients, averaging 12–18 patients per day with extended appointment times
- Utilize a value-based approach to care, prioritizing disease prevention and management to reduce emergency room visits and inpatient admissions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Document patient encounters using a proprietary EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meetings as required by the organization
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with patients and their families, focusing on education and shared decision-making

- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills
