Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Locum tenens, full-time, outpatient clinical assignment
- Focus on adult and senior patient populations

- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, with a strong focus on prevention and wellness
- Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and health coaches
- Participate in daily huddles, case discussions, and practice-wide quality improvement initiatives
- Work toward achieving key performance benchmarks, including HEDIS and STAR measures
- Foster strong, ongoing patient relationships to support trust, engagement, and continuity of care
- Competitive hourly rate of $150 per hour
- Paid travel and lodging provided for the duration of the assignment
- Monday through Friday schedule; 100% outpatient with no nights or weekends
- Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Active California medical license and DEA registration required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience in value-based care or senior-focused care models preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
