Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Participate actively in the organization’s call schedule and collaborative initiatives
- Maintain all required medical certifications, including board certification, BLS, and PALS
- Support organizational values and act as a positive representative in the community
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in the practice call schedule as assigned
- Maintain current board certification and all other required certifications, such as BLS and PALS
- Ensure patient medical records are accurately maintained within the electronic health record system in a timely manner
- Submit patient charges promptly to facilitate organizational workflows
- Actively support and promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization
- Serve as a community ambassador, enhancing the organization’s reputation and outreach
- Comply with all human resource policies, including those related to professional conduct and behavior
- Participate in practice and organizational meetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportive manner
- Provide constructive guidance and feedback to both colleagues and the broader organization
- Engage in the peer review program to support quality improvement and continuous learning
- Supervise and mentor colleagues as needed, fostering professional development

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Successful licensing through the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE)
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the relevant state
- Specialty board certification or commitment to obtaining such within one year of hire
