Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time Primary Care Physician role focused on Medicare patient populations

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to Medicare patients in a clinic setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
- Utilize on-site labs and access to specialist consultations (RubiconMD platform) for efficient patient management
- Manage a daily patient volume of 13-16, focusing on quality of care over quantity
- Conduct regular (20-minute) and full diagnostic/new patient visits (40-minute)
- Participate in value-based care initiatives aimed at reducing hospital admissions and improving preventive services
- Engage in community health initiatives and support patient wellness activities in the clinic’s community room
- Document patient encounters using Canopy and Greenway EMR systems
- Champion patient-centered care and foster an inclusive, welcoming clinic environment
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $220,000–$250,000, with additional incentive bonus based on quality metrics

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- Preference for candidates with fellowship training in Geriatrics (not required)
- No current residents; experienced physicians only
