Your role is backed by a multidisciplinary team, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers, ensuring you can focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks. The patient panel consists primarily of Medicare beneficiaries, with a typical daily schedule designed to maintain work-life balance and minimize burnout. You will see an average of 13–16 patients per day, allowing for in-depth visits that foster stronger provider-patient relationships. New patient and complex diagnostic visits are allotted extended time, supporting thorough assessments and tailored care plans. The collaborative clinic environment features an average of 3–5 providers, including a mix of Nurse Practitioners and fellow Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO), promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Reading, PA, you will also help facilitate community health initiatives, with access to a dedicated community room for patient activities such as exercise classes, wellness events, and educational seminars. Transportation services are available for patients within a five-mile radius, ensuring greater access to care and supporting positive health outcomes across the community.

- Base salary range: $220,000–$250,000, plus incentive bonus based on quality metrics
