Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse Medicare patient population in Providence, RI.
- Work in a collaborative, value-based care setting with a focus on prevention and quality outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered primary care, conducting both regular and comprehensive new patient visits.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions for adult and senior patients.
- Utilize onsite laboratory and diagnostic resources to inform patient care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers.
- Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Canopy and Greenway for documentation and care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and patient safety.
- Engage patients in preventive health activities, wellness programs, and community-based initiatives within the clinic.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($220,000–$250,000) with additional incentive bonus based on performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted, and non-probationary state medical license.
- No current residency commitments; this role is not open to residents.
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is preferred, but not required.
