Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a panel of Medicare patients
- Conduct regular patient visits (average 13-16 per day), with 20-minute standard visits and 40-minute full diagnostic/new patient visits
- Collaborate with a care team including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
- Utilize on-site labs and EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway) for efficient patient management
- Engage in value-based care practices to reduce hospital admissions and drive preventive health initiatives
- Participate in community patient activities and wellness events as part of a holistic care approach
- Coordinate care with specialists using advanced platforms like RubiconMD
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient encounters
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients to promote continuity of care
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($220,000–$250,000) with incentive bonuses based on quality metrics

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted, and non-probationary state medical license
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is preferred but not required
- Not accepting residents for this role
