This Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role is specifically designed for board-certified or board-eligible physicians in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine who are passionate about value-based care and holistic health. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Full-time position focused on delivering high-quality, value-based primary care to a senior patient population
- Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, focusing on seniors with multiple chronic conditions
- See approximately 18-22 patients per day during clinic hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist
- Utilize value-based care approaches to improve patient outcomes
- Coordinate care with in-house consulting specialists such as Cardiology and Podiatry
- Offer holistic health services, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- Participate in administrative activities, with protected time included in your schedule
- Ensure continuity of care with door-to-door transportation support for patients as needed
- Foster a positive patient experience, emphasizing preventive care and wellness

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completed residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Experience in primary care or geriatric settings is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required
