Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time outpatient role focused on Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- Located in Holiday, FL
- Immediate start available for qualified candidates
- Use of eClinicalWorks EMR system
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records using eClinicalWorks
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 12-15 individuals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based guidelines
- Utilize built-in administrative time for documentation and collaboration
- Provide patient education and preventive care counseling
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive clinic environment
- Competitive base salary up to $300,000 annually, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses up to $100,000 attainable
- Full-time employment with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient or weekend requirements

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR); experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Must meet all federal and state regulatory requirements for medical practice
