Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time outpatient position for a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
- Located in Miami, FL, serving a diverse patient population
- Focus on comprehensive, value-based primary care and preventive medicine

- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Perform patient assessments, develop diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans

- Utilize eClinicalWorks electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation and care coordination
