Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a small panel of adult and senior patients, focusing on those with multiple chronic conditions.
- Manage a patient panel of up to 450 individuals, ensuring personalized and continuous care.
- Conduct patient visits (average of 18-22 per day) within regular clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm; last patient scheduled at 4:15pm).
- Utilize value-based care principles to achieve quality outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with an in-house care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry).
- Participate in holistic health services, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
- Engage in regular administrative time included within the work schedule for optimal work-life balance.
- Ensure all patient documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Contribute to the organization’s mission by supporting innovative healthcare delivery models.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $250,000, with potential for performance-based incentive bonuses.

- Partnership track available, with most physicians achieving partnership within 12-18 months (no buy-in required).

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to compassionate care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, patient-centered environment.
