The practice structure allows you to focus on quality care with a manageable patient load, supported by a team of dedicated medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists. Our clinics offer integrated resources such as cardiology and podiatry consultations, as well as holistic health services including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
With a patient-centric schedule, you will see approximately 18–22 patients per day, with clinic hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The last patient is scheduled at 4:15 pm, ensuring you have protected administrative time and no night or weekend shifts. This full-time position is 100% outpatient, offering a healthy work-life balance and the ability to focus on preventive and longitudinal care for your patients. You will primarily serve seniors with multiple chronic conditions, providing continuity of care and building meaningful relationships with your patient panel, which is capped at 450 individuals for optimal care quality.
