Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to seniors with complex, chronic conditions
- Manage a patient panel of up to 450 individuals, averaging 18-22 patients per day
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing disease management
- Coordinate with in-house specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines as needed
- Engage in holistic health services, including options like acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Utilize administrative time for charting, care coordination, and patient follow-up
- Maintain clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and the care team
- Adhere to organizational protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $250,000, with potential for bonus incentives up to 10% of base pay
- Signing bonus up to $50,000
- 33 days of paid time off annually

- CME allowance of $3,500 plus one week off for educational pursuits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license
- Commitment to value-based care and patient-centered clinical practice
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with senior populations and managing chronic conditions preferred
