As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse senior population, working closely with a dedicated care team including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) position providing outpatient care for seniors in Chicago, IL

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a small patient panel (maximum 450 patients), allowing for individualized patient care
- Conduct outpatient visits for an average of 18-22 patients per day
- Deliver comprehensive care to seniors, often managing 3-5 chronic conditions per patient
- Work Monday through Friday, with regular clinic hours (7:30am – 5:00pm; last patient at 4:15pm)
- Participate in a value-based care model with a focus on quality outcomes
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and more
- Utilize holistic health resources including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition services for patients
- Leverage comprehensive administrative support, including dedicated medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- No night or weekend shifts required
- Ensure documentation and administrative time is built into your schedule
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $270,000 annually
- Incentive bonus potential up to 10% of base salary, plus additional incentives
- Signing bonus up to $50,000

- Paid time off totaling 33 days per year
- Continuing medical education (CME) allowance of $3,500 plus one week of paid time for CME

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Passion for providing patient-centered, value-based care to seniors
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
