Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Locum tenens position with full-time and part-time onsite options
- Serve a panel of senior patients in a value-based care model
- Utilize a proprietary EMR tailored to provider needs
- Strong organizational commitment to patient outcomes and provider support

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor ongoing health needs

- Utilize proprietary EMR for accurate documentation and workflow optimization

- Commit to a 3-6 month term with potential for ongoing engagement
- Competitive hourly rate of $150/hr (equivalent to $312,000 annually)
