Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Locum tenens position available for a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO).
- Full-time or part-time onsite role serving the Colonial Heights, VA area.
- Focus on comprehensive, value-based care for senior patients.
- Supportive clinical environment with a collaborative, mission-driven team.
- Provide primary care services to a panel of senior patients, ensuring holistic, patient-centered care.
- Conduct thorough examinations, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic and acute conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive health outcomes.
- Utilize proprietary EMR systems to maintain accurate and efficient patient documentation.
- Participate in a value-based care model, focusing on quality measures and patient satisfaction.
- Commit to a term of 3-6 months, with the potential for ongoing opportunities based on performance and clinic needs.
- Competitive hourly compensation at $150/hr (annualized equivalent: $312,000).
