Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Deliver comprehensive, senior-centered primary care in a value-based clinical model
- Engage in full-time or part-time locum tenens work at a well-established clinic
- Practice medicine in Virginia Beach, VA, with no night shifts or call requirements
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on whole-person care
- Work with a manageable patient panel (18-21 patients daily)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide primary medical care, preventive services, and chronic disease management for a panel of senior patients
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress
- Utilize a proprietary EMR system designed to streamline clinical documentation and communication
- Participate in care coordination, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Commit to a 3-6 month assignment with potential for ongoing engagement based on performance and mutual agreement
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly compensation ($150/hr.; annual equivalent $312,000)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
