Physicians in our network benefit from competitive compensation, including a base salary and performance bonuses tied to patient care outcomes. Our centers are equipped with on-site labs, phlebotomy services, and advanced electronic medical record systems (EMR) such as Canopy and Greenway. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role focused on Medicare population
- Emphasis on value-based, outcome-driven healthcare
- Collaborative, interdisciplinary care teams

- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients in a value-based care model
- Focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Conduct regular and diagnostic patient visits (20-40 minutes per appointment)
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
- Utilize EMR systems (Canopy, Greenway) for effective patient record-keeping and care coordination
- Leverage RubiconMD for specialist consultations as needed
- Participate in practice quality initiatives and contribute to performance metrics
- Engage in community-based activities to promote patient wellness

- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license (non-probationary)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred but not required
- Not accepting resident applications at this time
